Chocolate Sponge Mix Priced per 10g



Just add water.  Simply blend with water and bake.

200g requires 100ml of water and makes 5 portions
1lb (454g) requires 244ml of water and makes 12 portions

Each portion = 57g (2oz)
1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a beater on slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down and mix for a further 5 minutes on medium speed.
3. Use as required and bake for approx 35 minutes at 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5.
