Scone & Doughnut Mix Priced per 10g



Just add water,  A dry mix suitable for making scones or doughnuts. Add water, personalise and bake.

200g mix, requires 90ml of water and will make 5

1lb (454g) of mix, requires 207ml of water and makes 11

57g (2oz) = 1 portion


1) Place mix in a mixing bowl and add required water and mix on a slow speed until dough forms

2) Add cheese or fruit at this point and mix for another 30 seconds

3) Kneed the dough and roll out onto a floured surface - 13mm thickness. Using a scone cutter, cut our scones and place on a greased tray, allowing space between each (egg wash can be applied at this point).

4) Bake for 12-15 minutes at 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7
